Love love love this place have been here twice for pedis and there's not one thing I can complain about. Seated quickly even when I showed up a bit early. Always leave happy with the services. Staff is friendly and you can tell the know their stuff.
Went in here hoping to find a good, clean nail salon in Lebanon. I have tried all of them now and won't be doing anymore nail duties in this town. Within the first 5 seconds she cut me pretty bad with the machine that I don't want used on my natural nails. I would have told her this but she was answering the phone and grabbing before I could even talk about the machine. She didn't even recognize she sliced me, got up from the seat and went to the appointment book. I just left... not sitting down for a slice and dice session.
I usually never leave bad reviews, but I was super disappointed. My appointment was at 5:30 but my nails weren't started until 6. No big deal at all for me I understand running behind! My issue was how rough my set was handled. My fingers are still hurting an hour later. The filing was incredibly rough. Then I was cut not once but twice. No health measures were taken to clean up the blood properly. To finish, my actual nails do not look nice. They are messy and misshapen.
Well to start off I showed her a picture of what I wanted not only was she rough and cut me she didn't do the same shape and they were really pointy but I can say she knows how to do the designs good so star for that
This was my first time at this nail salon. It appeared clean and organized. I came in for a pedicure. Upon arriving, I only had to wait 5 minutes before being able to sit in a chair and the foot bath began immediately. There were workers giving manicures and two were giving pedicures. I sat 40 minutes with feet in foot bath. No one checked on me. I finally called out to a worker that the water was cold. He replaced it with hot water. 7 minutes later, someone came and began my pedicure. I did a deluxe one. I chose a lemon scrub and hot stones. I did not feel anything with the hot stones as they weren't very hot. The pedicure/polish turned out very nice. The worker was friendly but never really talked. I was not happy about waiting 47 minutes in a footbath and having no one check on me or even update me. Entire pedicure took 2 hours.
