This salon has repeatedly disappointed me:
I'm not even sure why I keep going back. Today ended that!
I took my granddaughter for a simple cut. She HAD long hair. I asked for about 2" to be taken off. When she was done there was about an inch -inch 1/2 difference between sides. I asked them to fix that and by the time I told him to stop he had cut at least 4" from her hair! Still not straight! Another couple was there complaining. The man's hair looked atrocious ! They have a no refund policy. I just cant believe this place. 3rd times a charm...I won't be back.

It looks like a crackhead cut my hair! There's a 4 inch difference between left and right sides. The stylists were all talking about how many guys they are sleeping with, and helping one girl "narrow it down to 3." That is SO foul and unprofessional.
They messed it up so badly that now I get to pay ANOTHER salon to fix it.
Never ever will I go back there!

This salon is full of great stylists... Amy is my hair girl but I know if I ever need to get in last min and can't see Amy the other 3 girls are great too!!! Their customer service is awesome and I always leave feeling like a million bucks!!!
