Terrible is an understatement. Owner and staff are nice but they do not know how to do hair, pedicures or lash extensions. They may be good at other services they offer but these are the 3 I had done and all were awful.

Don't waste your time or money here, I was dumb and gave them a second chance and went back thinking that they were having a bad day but nope, even worse the second time around.

To say only that this place ruined my hair would be a complete understatement. The owner completely ignored what I requested and simply stated, "dont worry you will love it." Guess they were completely wrong. They won't listen to their customers and I'll never return. Please be careful if you decide to utilize their services. They will do whatever they want with your hair and they will say their infamous quote, "Dont worry you will love it". Its complete BS I wasted $105 here and I had to go to another salon to fix their mistakes. Save your money for somewhere else. Stay away!

My wife went here asking about eyelash extensions.  She was told that "You can't afford it."  by the receptionist before even giving her a price.  Super rude and unprofessional.  After reading the previous review left here I'm quite glad that my wife did not follow through as a result of being treated so poorly.  Hopefully they change their attitude towards new customers.

Horrible just horrible, do not ever Get a lash extension at this place! Was horrified when I got home and could actually see in a magnified mirror that she basically glued cheap dollar store fake clusters on my eyelids and lashes! Glue everywhere and Not only looked horrible they felt worse. Charged me a $150 for the worst lash extensions I've ever seen in my entire life . I did everything she told me not to to try to get these things off it took me days to finally do it because who is no way I was going back to that crappy overpriced salon, she is very nice but needs to retire!
