I had a full set of nails done today and I must say they were very welcoming. I had to wait for about 20 minutes which is not long for a walk-in. Price was very reasonable! Thank you Pro Nails. I love my nails. Superb job!
I've used this business many times over the years and as far as quality of their work, it's average. The only reason I've used them is because of location, it's convenient since I live in Pontotoc. The female that runs the business "Kim" is very rude to customers. I've heard this many times before but experienced it for myself today and I will never give them my business again.
The worst nail salon ever!!! Do not waste your money there!! US nail is down the road, way better with better service. They are the rudest nail salon I've ever been in
Absolute worst service ever. I waited for 3 hours and they let 2 people go ahead of me that came after I had been waiting 30 mins. I had acrylics done and they put one of my nails on completely crooked and the lady pointed out that it was crooked but then made no efforts to fix it. She then preceded to put the polish on but only put one coat on so it just looks tacky. I received no apology for my wait time or any inconvenience.
On top of this when it got too crowded in the salon they told people to leave and come back at a later time because they were too busy. A man tried to come in to purchase a gift card 30 mins before closing and they told him to go home because they were closed. DO NOT GO HERE!!
I have attempted to get my nails done here 3 times now. Only two people working. Always a wait- to the point that I leave, and no AC.
