You can often save 50-90% by finding a Groupon. The average cost varies by location, but your best bet is to check the app right before arriving; it's often worth buying in the car before even stepping foot inside. Worth the extra five minutes!
happiest and cleanest pup I've brought home to date. he smells amazing and also whatever y'all used for his sensitive skin and coat worked WONDERS! Thankyou so much.
Dog Grooming is a profession and like any professional service, you should expect to get what you asked for. For instance, when I asked that they leave my dog with an inch of fur and she comes back shaved, that's a problem. If for whatever reason a groomer cannot fulfill my request, it's reasonable to expect they'll tell me before they get started with an alternate plan instead of doing what they would like or as mentioned by another customer "trying something new". I find it unacceptable to work with groomers like this, find another one! Do not recommend this one.
Horrible service skills, read the reviews for sure apparently they injure a lot of pets and claim its because they are kind enough to over book themselves, apparently has the cops called(almost had to call myself) and call the cops of clients often, again read the reviews, they are notorious for cutting your pets hair how they prefer, seen quite a bit of people complaining about this and felt myself as if they "don't listen or follow instructions" Its wild that I pay for a service and explain what Im looking for yet they decide what they like and want to be paid. You'd think at that point they are paying for what they want instead. Id recommend avoiding this place. For the headache and risk of injury they bring it just isn't worth it. Facebook and google are full of reviews mentioning the same.
I could go on, they held my dog for 3.5 hours and only bathed him his whole grooming appointment was only supposed to be 3-4 hours. Hell today when I brought up preferring not to speak to Kathleen after she inappropriately yelled at me for misunderstanding my question from our last appointment I was told my appointment was canceled "come get my dog". This place is truly a joke. I will gladly find a nee place and hope to prevent anyone else from this tragic place.
edit to add for clarification because of your misunderstanding. When Leo has been groomed by your establishment you have cut his ear, cut his paw, nicked his privates. (we havent been but a handful of times). You have cut his hair shorter than requested, for some reason decided to shape his hair on his head resulting in his eyes being covered (that was the time before last) which is what i asked about when you claimed i was bullying your employees this am "can yall please leave his hair on his head above his eyes alone" your employee "round cut around face" me "no, i asked you not cut that area at all" not sure how thats bullying but as I said to Tom, your entitled to your experience and I respect we aren't going to have the same views. As for not proving how to use the search bar to find mentions of Kathleen and her horrible attitude and how she is often referred as Karen its not my responsibility to bicker with you or prove anything. Im sure Tom is aware, after further review as your response did with me, he personally argue with majority of the comments regarding Kathleen, yall are well aware your service is subpar, and customer service is horrible as well as your conflict resolution skills and communication skills. I asked for my dog back because I was afraid how you might shave his hair to be spiteful as comments mentioned, and in 3.5 hours you managed to bathe him only. Guess that's back to your "we overbooked ourselves and can't offer quality due to kindness" excuse. (see your response to other clients reviews for reference) Your service skills and reviews have a reputation for themselves. You have more 1 star reviews than anything and more photos of you cutting poor dogs up and butchering cuts than you have of satisfied customers sharing good haircuts. I have already scheduled with our actual groomer after trying your establishment out. Wish I checked the reviews but you have the day you deserve.
My dog needs hand stripped and he loves it there and always comes out looking sharp!
They treat my dog right. We've been coming here for about a year now. I have to give my dog a summer cut every 3ish months. Never had an issue.

There's no denying that balayage is having a moment. This modern hair coloring technique has taken the beauty world by storm, and it's easy to see why. Balayage is a French word meaning "to sweep" or "to paint", and that's exactly what the colorist does.
