I have been to this salon 2 times before the new owners took over. I wasn't going to give them a chance because at my 2nd visit the technicians hurt me even after I told them my skin was sensitive. Well I gave them 1 more chance and I am so glad I did. My experience was wonderful! They were so careful with me after I told them about my sensitive skin and it was one of the only times I wasn't hurt at all during my visit. It was an amazing experience. The owner checked in with me several time to make sure I was okay. I am very pleased with the service I received and I will be returning again!
Scheduled an appt for mani and pedicure. After a 15 minute wait, a gentleman came to get me for me pedicure. He was tired and really dragging. He did mani and ped...both looked good, but upon closer inspection (which I should have done at the salon) the clear polish I had on my finger nails when I came in had not been entirely removed. The aggressive cuticle trimming was painful. Toenail Polish was not consistent and was coming off within 4 days.
Getting a bit un-enamored with this place. Been going here for several years & have been very happy until recently. Two of last 3x the actually nail color was quite different from the sample colors. (They always offer to redo but who's got time for that when it's a dip or gel manicure!) Altho nails always look nice afterwards, the staff have become rushed & aren't pampering as much. Disappointing. Shopping around now for place that has more attention to detail.
I did not have a good experience here. The lady doing my pedicure looked like she was in a huge rush and acted like doing my pedicure was a big inconvenience for her. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time. She got obviously irritated with me when I needed assistance getting a new nail color. You couldn't pay me to go back there.
Hubby and I have been coming here for 4+ years for our mani-pedis, and love it. Casual, comfortable and friendly atmosphere and immaculate salon! The massage chairs are worth the cost of any pedicure. Never disappointed with the service we receive. Well worth the 30 minute drive!
