I have had 2 facials now at Therapy with Jahan. My skin has never felt more amazing!!! She took her time and went above and beyond! I notice a significant difference and my random breakouts have not popped up since seeing Jahan. She does wonders!!!! Book with her NOW!

I'm stunned. I've been going to the salon for 6 years at least, and within the last month had two screw ups with appointments. The first, the salon took responsibility for, the second was entirely my fault just had the wrong time by 15 minutes. In response, I get an email saying all my future appointments have been canceled and that they refuse to provide me any other services. What?? I visited therapy hair salon every two weeks that's 26 times a year, and I was always on time. In addition, I purchased hair products, candles and even a hair dryer. Therapy Hair salon was a major part of my life! That relationship was ended over an email and for getting an appointment time wrong?? I called and asked my stylist of all these years, Kelsey, to at least talk to me and explain why they were cutting me off. Of course she couldn't be bothered to call me back nor anyone else. This is how they treat long-term clients. David and Luis, this is not how you run a business. The arrogance is amazing. I thought I'd least let people know. The salon can screw up and they have, charging me the wrong price more than once or with appointments... but be aware you are not allowed to screw up! P.S. Kelsey Champion, I considered you a friend.

Jahan was exceptional in getting our family situated with our first facial experience. Everything from what to expect before and what to do after was well explained and even went further in detail on what to expect from the products we took home. The best! Stylists are very skilled, colorists are amazing. They designed a new salon from the ground up, moved in early 2020, and it's just beautiful. Now they have a dedicated space for my makeup guru Jahan to give facials and lots of other things (lash lifts, hydra facials) - she's a very talented esthetician! I've been a client for many years and the staff has stayed together, a testament to the amazing owners.

I don't ever write reviews, so this is huge! As much as I'd like to keep her a secret, it would be a disservice to every human out there! Jahan has magical hands...I mean, the absolute best facial I have ever had! She also does my lash lift!! You leave her room glowing and radiant, and who doesn't want that? Book with her, if you get in, she's pretty booked so book in advance, you can thank me later.
