This place is amazing!!! For the one's having problems sorry for ya'll but my experience with Ria has been wonderful to me for 5 years straight. She's definitely my personal hairstylist that I go to only! She's literally the best and she's always making me feel like a model . Get you someone you can trust and believe me you'll be happy with it.
Don't waste your time or money!!! Had an appointment today Stylist never showed. Customer service is absolutly horrible. The hair products they sell are human hairs mixed with fibers simply trash. I've worn hair for over 12 years this was false advertisement saying virgin hair they lied.

Terrible would not recommend in any way shape or form , don't waste your money here, I made an appointment 3 days ago and got canceled on at the last minuet , then try to tell me it's unfair for the stylist when I'm the one sitting in a car in 100 degree heat waiting for her to show up and she doesn't even come , ridiculous and utterly disappointing. Do not have a business if you can't run one ..
If I could have given this salon a zero I would have...Horrible experience....made the appointment 3 days in advance, spoke to the owner twice to verify the appointment. It was for the day before my daughter's graduation pictures. We call before appointment to verify that they accept credit cards and are told that she can't remember if she told Rhea or Ria (not sure how she spells her name) and she will call us back. After 8 minutes, no call, so we call her as we are in route and needed to know if we should still go. We are told that Rhea will be there. We arrive at 5:15. We receive a call from the owner stating that Rhea will call us. she does and Rhea asks us what we are having done. My daughter explains what was being done and Rhea states that she is on her way. After 10 minutes of sitting in our car in 108 degree weather, Rhea calls back and states that she will not be able to do my daughter's hair because it is not "fair to her as a stylist" to not do the entire weave (we only needed her to do the frontal. I am completely thrown off because why is it "not fair to her"????? We are PAYING customers. Then she states that the job does not pay enough money and since it is commission she can't take it. I state that this is a conversation she should have had with her manager before she told us she was coming...and yes I did call her unprofessional. We have NO TIME to schedule another appointment and she could care less about the significance of this special event for my daughter because it was" not fair to her" . Since when do we go to a salon to accommodate the stylist? Are we paying the bill? Then it's our choice how we want the job done...We will not be going here again.
I have been coming to this salon now almost 3 years. Excellent , nice experience, every time I leave happy with results, never disappointed.
I purchase my own extension tho, I have not purchase the hair here. Fantastic job
