I really wanted to like this place because it's close to home but it was disappointing. A younger man did my nails, but one of my nails broke off literally two hours later and a few more the next day. I went back and explained the situation and was told to come back the next morning, and the older man who seemed to be the boss said he would redo them. I didn't mind coming back. When I did, I waited 15 mins for him to show. He seemed rushed and was a little aggressive. Halfway done, he passes me off to another lady to finish them off. She got the job done but nothing spectacular. Haven't gone back since.
The customer service is horrible. Ann is rude. I had an appointment and they didn't even say a word so I ended up leaving after 30 minutes. Do not waste your time here. No music, no a/c, I only gave one star because otherwise I can't leave a review but they deserve zero stars
I went in for a fill, an hour before closing and they said they could do it. the man started getting an attitude and finished the fill but still needed to do the polish and asked me to come back but still made me pay the full set. I undersand it was an hour before closing but you should've said no, not leave my nails all crusty and then tell me to come back. on top of that, I got an infection on my nails!! the man was also doing my nails super fast and was hurting my nails. I got a cut on one of my cuticles. do not reccomend .
Waited almost an hour and then I was skipped and taken after people that came after I did. All the wait and I was only here for a fill.
