This review is for Emily in the men's suits department. My son needed dress shirt and slacks for homecoming. He's growing, yet short teenager who's in between boys and men's sizes. She was knowledgeable about the fitting of the men's shirts. After the shirt she recommended still didn't have a great fit she went out of her way to get a boys dress shirt from the back that had not yet been stocked. (They weren't stocking it until Christmas season). It fit perfect! I really appreciated that. We found slacks as well. She did everything she could to make sure we got what we needed.

Rude customer service, unprofessional, and one unorganized. You don't get any help at Sephora either. They just stand around look at you and wait for you to question them. It's just horrible all the way around.

Went into the JCP hair salon today for the first time and was so pleased with my stylist! Went in for a scalp treatment and i let her know I have psoriasis. She was so understanding and accommodating. She did her research and chose all the best products so they wouldn't irritate my skin! She was gentle and asked if i was comfortable and if the products were irritating my scalp. She was a delight. I really appreciated that she went out of her way to do that. Now THATS customer service! While there i made another appointment two weeks from now. Cannot wait !! Thanks so much!
