This review is long overdue, I got my keratin over 2 weeks ago... Elba is amazing! Customer service is excellent. She's the sweetest, my only regret is not coming to her before. I'm usually very picky about who touches my hair and just from my first phone call with her I knew I could trust her. When I came in she checked the condition of my hair and made sure to keep it very real with me about what she would be doing (and the cost, which is very reasonable) and she trimmed my hair a bit since it was uneven. Elba is very careful and detailed when it comes to handling your hair and you can tell she loves what she does. The plus for me is that's she's from NYC like me and it's so hard to find people that are honest and real out here, but Elba is a gem. I love my the results of my keratin treatment and I love my haircut as well! Thank you Elba!

I have been going to Elba for 5 years for keratin treatments. My hair has grown so much. It's insane. When I first came to Elba, my hair was at my ears, now it's down my back. She knows my hair's weaknesses and strengths and has used that to my absolute advantage. I have ethnic hair. Which I love. But it's also a process to make my hair manageable everyday. Now, I'm able to literally take a shower, put leave-in conditioner in my hair, let my hair air dry for about 30 mins, and I have the most beautiful, long, wavy hair. And it's all mine! My mom finally took my advice and started seeing Elba about 4 months ago. In such a short time, her hair has completely stopped breaking and has grown at least 3 inches. I'll never go anywhere else.
I am new to Vegas so it was very very overwhelming to find a new hairdresser. I did an extensive research on how I could find someone knowledgeable and professional to take care of my hair in Vegas. I always do a Brazilian blow out and I had a hairstylist in California who was amazing but I moved to the Midwest and I felt like the previous hairdresser did not listen to me and the treatment did not last.
With Elba, she asked questions and she made sure I understood the difference between the Keratin treatment and the Brazilian one. She was a very good listener, accommodated my needs, very friendly and she knows her stuff. I feel really blessed that I found her in this city. Her prices are amazing and I will be back for sure. My hair is naturally frizzy and has a lot of volume. I am extremely happy with the Keratin treatment she offered and my haircut. Take care of Elba guys. She is a gem!!!!!
