So disappointing! I don't recall ever walking out of a salon so disappointed that it made me cry, literally cry! I so needed a cut and style for me and my hair. Thought I would give them a try since I haven't been able to find a good stylist who can cut thick, wavy hair in the 11 years that I have lived I Clayton/Garner area, except one person who moved to Charlotte. Today I had to take the one person who had an opening, Sue. I walked out disappointed, so disappointed with a cut with no style, boxy, choppy, bowl look. UUUGGGG. I need to find someone who can cut my hair. Who can fixed this mess!
Just have to say, I wouldn't let anyone but Katie cut my hair, I am a long term client and continuously receive compliments on my color and cut. Would highly recommend.
Had my hair cut and colored. It was messed up so bad that I had to go to someone else to have it fixed. I contacted Katie Parisi, the stylist to make it right. Instead she became nasty and insulting towards me. She said she didn't care if I posted a nasty review. Very professional!!! Please don't go here. Very pricey for someone with her skill set.
I had my first appointment here on June 8th. Su was my stylist. I was worried when she started cutting my hair because I had never seen anyone cut hair like that before and I'm 46! It's a technique she learned in Thailand. I went in for a drastic change (medium length damaged hair to short healthy hair) along with highlights and and very minor grey touch up. Su did an AMAZING job!! I would highly recommend her to anyone with extremely fine hair like mine. Her style of cutting layers left my baby fine hair looking fuller and healthier than ever. I'll definitely be seeing Su again and again....
I have been going to this salon for years and it never disappoints. Amy is my hair stylists and she always goes above and beyond for her clients. She is very professional and I leave my hair in her hands. I would not trust my hair with anyone else. Thank you for the cut & color yesterday. My boys loved it!!
