The Salon and Spa at Walden in Mechanicsburg, PA

Love this salon! I just moved from Maryland and am trying to rebuild my beauty routine places and this place delivered when it comes to hair! I love getting blond highlights and ombré in the summer and Nicole did an AMAZING job. I'm super picky when it comes to my hair. I have received so many compliments that I had to go and get a business cards in order to give her the credit! She's simply amazing!

I recently relocated from San Francisco to Mechanicsburg and have been looking for a new salon to take care of my hair and eyebrow needs. The pickings have been slim, that is until I found Posh. The salon is gorgeous, the product lines are top end, and the stylists know what they are doing. I decided that Jessamy was going to be my girl after reading the reviews on her gorgeous color and brow talents, and even though today was my first appointment and I only had one service (brow shaping) I am not disappointed! I came to Pennsylvania with very full, clean shaped brows and had them waxed by a friend's long time stylist and they ended up being way too thin for my liking. Jessamy is helping me grow back their fullness while working them into a shape that is most flattering to my face. She also gave tips on how to fill them in with a pencil so that it looks natural but also fills in the gaps where we are still waiting on growth. I go back in a few weeks for my cut and color session and cannot wait! The entire salon seems very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest techniques and procedures.

Terrible customer service, worse skill. Went in for cut and color. Dyed 4 shades darker than we discussed. Cut was a mess. Called to have fixed and was told to "wash it". Called manager and she was so rude. Hung up on me. Went to another salon and they stripped color and restored and had to completely fix the cut because as the stylist said she "lost the cut and took chunks out and texturized". Absolutely horrible. Would not fix, would not refund money. Save your money and the aggravation.

The salon is very nice when you walk in and the people are nice as well. My experience there was good until I came home and realized that way more hair was cut then I had discussed with the stylist. My hair use to be all the way down my back almost touching the top of my jeans. We had discussed to cut about 2.5" off. Just a trim. When I got home i realized she had chopped off about 5-6" of my hair. My hair is barely to the middle of my back. I didnt notice this at the salon because she had offered to curl my hair which i was extremely excited about but i wish i had seen my hair prior to the curling. She did do a fabulous job on coloring my hair! She also did a good job styling the hair. I'm just really disappointed with the cut since it's so short now! If you go to the salon and have long hair just be aware of how they are cutting it so you dont walk out with much shorter hair then what you expected. Other than that the place is good.

They made my hair so streaky with highlights when I asked for an all over dye. I was trying to go for a whitish blonde and they gave me an awful result. They also chemically burnt my scalp. Ya I hate it they gave me ugly mom hair and I had to pay $190!!! Trying to get a refund
