The Nailtique in Suffolk, VA

If you don't mind being spoken OVER in languages other than English and then to hear a burst of laughter w/o you, the customer. Ok, then this is the spot for you. The zen, with lovely scents and aromas to fill the air. Not to mention the cute and classy uniforms (which were being distributed the day of my services). I have to give a "shot out" to the most bland, stoic and occasionally Rude, abruptly awkward receptionist ! I'm sure that he serves a dual purpose as security. However, he is not a welcome attraction for business practices. Still, I wish you well, but my greenbacks $$$ will continue to March on.

The colors didn't match the selection. Received wrong pedicure. Overpriced. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful but then quality of pedicure/manicure didn't match the price. Trying a new place next time - open to suggestions for gel.

Pedicure w gel, and a new set of acrylics was $180 plus tip. I'm visiting here from California & even my shops back home don't charge this insane amount. I picked the basic bare minimum pedicure, she didn't even do a massage?! Everything u ask for us an "add on" and they like to rack up your tab without giving u a warning. I would not go here.

I am not a regular customer. I get a mani & pedi once in a great while. So when I went there from the first contact with the receptionist it didn't go right... I explained what I wanted and she assured me she understood. But she didn't. I get a person who barely speaks English so I knew I had to get a translator. I knew the person was new...barely greeted me & did not know what I wanted. When I realized that communication was going to be difficult...I decided to just work with it and I alter my original plan. When the person finally got help with what I wanted...still not clear and then they went into their own language and began to talk about me. For communication can also be your body language n the tone of their voices. I didn't appreciate that! Very unprofessional to talk about your customers in front of them and knowing that they know you are not going to understand what they Are saying. Very very rude! All people who have difficulty with English should go to.school to learn English!! For the $$$ I spent there plus 20% tip..IT WAS NOT WORTH! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy!! In observing the place they were friendly to their regular customer but with me a newbie No!! Why? Because they lost me as a regular customer and I am NOt going to recommend them to anyone!! PS this place doesn't deserve even a one star

Very disappointed I agree with Brittany B this salon has declined I understand they have new owners. I am a very understanding person but after showing my poorly done nails to the front desk and they said I could have them redone within 3 days. very poor resolution for poorly done nails.
