Best consultation, haircut, guidance on what to do to my hair at home, environment, etc that I have ever had, hands down!  Not only that, they have Botox and other similar aesthetics you can sign up for while you wait.  I LOVED my experience here and only wish we hadn't had to move so far away or I'd be driving back for all of my hair needs.

I saw Angela at The Mirror yesterday for a derma plane. I am getting a facial today but my lady doesn't do derma planes, so I had to go somewhere else for this treatment. If you don't know what a derma plane is, google it- they are wonderful. I just wanted to say that she did an excellent job. I was referred by others' online posts, so I want to encourage others looking for reviews to go to her. Firstly, her skin looked fantastic. I don't know what she does, but you will want her to do it to yours. My session was very quick (a simple derma plane only takes like ten minutes), and she offered me just enough knowledge of what might be good for my skin, at a later date. I hate going to a place that pushes its products on you. It's like "Um, no. Thanks, I have about $300 worth of "my system" at home on my vanity." She never pushed products, just mentioned that a lactic peel would be very good for my skin after a derma plane. I  also asked her about some deeper peels and she mentioned that one must "precondition." Now, I've had several aestheticians suggest deep peels, but none have ever mentioned the need to precondition with hydroquinone (to prevent brown spots) or Retin-A. She said that most damage from chemical peels will be the result of a failure to precondition. Based on the fact that no one else has ever mentioned that, I feel that she is fairly knowledgeable about her work. Also, it's only been the past few years that I have seen derma planing offered in salons; she has been doing in for 20 years (9 of which she was working in a plastic surgeon's office). The prices are very reasonable, which surprised me for the location and vibe of the salon. She also commented that my brows were arched just perfectly, and asked me ifI did them myself. This was just a nice bonus because I did do them myself, and was hoping I did a good job, ha (I have a date Saturday).

I will be going back, and feel very confident that anyone who goes to her will have a comfortable, relaxing, and highly effective treatment.. The reviews I read of her of style blueprint.com basically said to run, not walk to her office, and I agree.
