Beware of the "form" which is presented two days before scheduled BBL med service (laser) and contains numerous "precautions" that weren't discussed in an initial consultation. Including limiting sun exposure - not just for 2-3 days after each BBL treatment as I was told, but 7-14 days which isn't possible for me. When I indicated that I would reschedule for October timeframe, but felt that I should get a refund until then, I was told by the "owner" a flat no. End of story. (Even a partial refund to ensure I would schedule again.) Also the products I purchased (over $400) can't be used now unless I proceeded with treatment. If you don't sign the "form" you can proceed with the treatment. Also I wasn't aware of the cancellation policy.
canceled an appointment within an hour of the appointment. I explained that I drove over an hour to get there and was already there. manager offered a discount and then the owner retracted because she is cheap and has no business skills. total disregard for time and money spent by the costumer.
I went in to The Look to see Orion Krynen after countless bad experiences with men's barbers that didn't want to take the time to give any advice or explain my hair to me. They would usually spend 15-20 max and then charge me $50. Orion spend an entire hour going over every single detail to perfection. He helped me better understand my natural hair flow and how to style it in a way that would work for me. I was pleasantly surprised with how much he seemed to care about how my hair would look compared to going through the motions to just get through another cut.
That was my first time going into a salon, which I was skeptical to do for a men's cut, but needless to say I'll definitely be coming back. The cut looks amazing and I've gotten so many compliments within the first day. Worth every penny!
