Lauren is a hair wizard! I just moved to the area, going in to see her for the first time wanting to go to from a highlighted platinum blonde to a light brown / dirty blonde. I was nervous because I had been seeing the same hair stylist for yeaaars (I got some real trust issues when it comes to my hair). However, she asked all the right questions and the results proved that she knew exactly what I wanted - I love it! Not to mention, she's super sweet and easy to talk to - was such a fun and relaxing experience!

I see Hailey all the time and I am so lucky to have found her. She's amazing funny and kind. Hailey listens to me and always delivers on my hair goals. She is amazingly talented and has perfected the balayage technique. The Salon is a clean/modern vibe with a very friendly group of people. I definitely recommend this salon.

I have been seeing stylist Barbara Parker for around 2 years now after finding her on Instagram. I fell in love with the pictures of her clients hair and her professionalism and friendly nature are what keep me coming back. I love that she always takes time to figure out what I want and also helps me figure out what would be good for my hair type and face shape. She really cares about her clients and I'm so thankful to have her as a stylist that I trust and feel confident recommending to others. I highly recommend using her for any hair services.

I will start off by saying I am not one to write a bad review but I insisted on doing so after this horror story experience. I approached this salon by finding a stylist who I liked on their instagram page I found. I went to her once and didn't really have an issue since there wasn't much of a change and she was quite nice and polite. I wanted to gradually go lighter and have a well blended balayage ombré. The second time I went back I was told my hair would lighten up and break through a lot of "warmth". I understood going lighter is a process and takes time but after spending almost 3 hours in this salon and paying 200+ dollars for an unblended amateur balayage, I was in tears. After I left I noticed an extremely harsh (almost black) band around the top of my head. After calling my stylist who I've had for years that moved out of state she advised me to call the salon and speak with a manager. I was told that I could come back to the same location and have a master stylist "guide" her through fixing my hair or schedule with the master stylist the following day. I was completely uncomfortable going back to that location but was told the other location in dilworth was booked(which I understood) I chose to have the master stylist fix it and received an apologetic response from the girl who did my hair to begin with. I asked her if there would be an additional charge if the master stylist fixed it since I forgot to ask since I was hysterically crying at the time. I never received an answer which lead me to believe there would probably be a charge. So I decided to cancel and take my business elsewhere. I am well aware of the average price of getting your hair done these days, but believe this salon needs to educate this stylist a lot more before allowing her to be on the floor by herself and charge such a high price for the talent I left with on my head. I not only am infuriated with how my hair looks but appalled this stylist let me leave looking this way and charging me for that matter.  The only positive thing I can say about this place is when I called the dilworth location the front desk was very polite and helpful when I couldn't hold back the tears. I will never go back to this salon. Lake Norman location. If I can figure out how to attach pictures I will do so.
