This is an update to my initial review. I unfortunately experienced an allergic reaction to the brow lamination products. After posting about my experience the owner reached out and offered a great deal of help including advise on treatment and even implementing patch testing in the future. I am really impressed with the owners willingness to go above and beyond to help me in this situation!
I came here because I saw an ad that was $50 lash, $25 fill for a new lash lady and was pretty excited to come. I got a fill and it was almost 3 hours long, I was told since she's new it would be 2 hours for a fill and I was fine with that until I saw the final results.. my lash extension did not look noticeable what so ever. I could have just gone without them. So that's a star taken. Here's another star- The desk lady asked what I wanted to tip and she'd just add it onto my card which was on file, I said $15, which is 60%! The next day I saw I had a charge for $20 instead. It's only $5 but the gesture is extremely rude and unprofessional. Be sure to check your charges when going here, especially if you look young like me.
