I saw Nicole twice for a fill, and she spent 30 minutes on me both times and did not put any lashes on. I felt like I had 15 lashes that she added on each eye. They always switch up their policies on deposits.
They charge your card the full amount the day you make the appointment. If you cancel BEFORE the 24 hour cancellation policy they will still keep your money. Go somewhere else for lashes‼
While my technician did a decent job on my lash lift (not all lashes completely lifted), this salon has a questionable practice of charging the card on file $85, in full, for the next appointment booked. I searched the website and cannot find ANYWHERE where it states this as the policy, nor was I verbally told about this policy at the time I booked my next appointment. I find it a bit sketchy that this policy is nowhere to be seen. I have since cancelled my future appointment and will go elsewhere.
If I could give zero stars I would! Nothing against the technicians, they are great! I went here twice back in 2022 and decided in 2023 I wanted to go again so I booked an appointment. To my surprise 1 week before my appointment they charged my card $85 for services not even rendered. I logged into my account and canceled my appointment immediately and disputed the charge with my credit card company. The credit card company is now denying my claim saying that the merchant stated that services were rendered. Now I have to waste more of my time to dispute this charge and prove that I cancelled within the cancellation time frame and I may not ever get my money back. I will NEVER step foot in this place again!! (Unless I need to get my lashes done, since I did pay for them) SUUUUUUPPPER SHADY!!!
The two stars are for my tech Nicole. She was sweet. I paid $100 for eyebrow lamination and what I didn't know is that it didn't include a clean up. That's unheard of. Please don't waste your money here.
