Horrible! I asked for a mullet this is definitely not a mullet. It was also super dirty they made me sit in a chair with I'm pretty sure was butt hair. It smelled horrible
Not Poc or textured hair friendly. Went in with healthy hair and came out dry with a headache. Kit is rude and very aggressive when it comes to hair. I always had hair in my face and eyes.. pulls hair too rough and almost scratched my eye. Y'all needa talk to him before this happens to someone else.
WARNING! Integrity, commitment, and customer service are the foundations of good business. All are lacking at the Headquaters. My experience was terrible. 3/6/23- Booked my wedding hair and makeup appointment 11:00am. I was coming in from out of town for my son's wedding 5/27/23. On 4/7/23- I sent pictures of me, my dress, examples of the updo hairstyle and received an email back from Ashley - thanking me for the information and confirming she would give info to stylist. May 24 received text to confirm appointment and confirmed. May 26, receive call from Ashley. They need to move my appointment to 2:00pm. They have double booked and need to move me to later. They have a bridal party. I have no flexibility in my time- I am responsible for getting my 3yr old Granddaughter - the flower girl fed and with a nap before leaving to the chapel at 4:00pm. Ashley said they were "sorry" but had not other solution. So, I was kicked to the curb to find another solution. Thank you for nothing Headquaters!
I have BillieJo do my eyelashes today & it was an amazing experience. I usually find the process uncomfortable so I seldom do them, but I have an upcoming event so I did them to look extra special. I'm so glad I did. She did an amazing job & I even was able to take a nap during the process. Already booked my follow up!! Great experience
