$13 to snip off a couple dead ends and brushed my wife's hair out. My wife was out of the house and back in within 20 minutes. Which means they only spent 8-10 minutes on her hair. Her old stylist would spend an hour with her and offer to at least style her hair instead of just brushing it out and say, "Ok, you're done." Should spend some more time on quality and attentiveness. Plus my wife gave Kylie a $3 tip. So with 16 dollars spent on 10 minutes of hair we would expect a little more value. When I called to complain she said she charges Great Clips prices. I told her you are not Great Clips, you're Sam's Hairworks. I then asked her if she would feel a little ripped off to pay $13 plus a $3 tip for about 10 minutes of work. She actually paused and said Yes! We will not be back. Horrible first impression.
