I've been going here for years on end now and I will say they give the most expectational service! They are always very welcoming and polite when I come in. The atmosphere in there is always so positive and light, jokes and laughs always being shared! I would highly recommend getting your next cut here by the manager Megan! She's takes her time and always does a phenomenal job! I experienced a problem with my hair cut one time and was even afraid to call and have it fixed. However, once I finally called they were so accommodating and understanding! They not only fixed my haircut immediately but also made it free! I was willing to pay for it but they insisted due to the major inconvenience it was to me! If there's one place in Council Bluffs you're looking for to get a fresh, comfortable and affordable hair cut this is the place! Every time I walk away from here I always get others complimenting my haircut asking where it's from, that should tell you something by itself! Don't forget the MVP either!! Getting a warm towel on your face and a shoulder massage has always been such a highlight in my day! I look forward to being back soon!

My boyfriend has gotten his hair done at this place the past 3/4 times he's gotten a hair cut. Each time I've told him to go to a different person, he has and he keeps getting the same effort. Not what he asked for, and just not the best looking. Every time he's asked for a fade, they've cut it all the same length. Given that he's gone to different people each time, I don't think the employees know how to do a fade at all. Don't recommend going there, unless you want something you didn't ask for.

Okay, not a spa guy, can't get into the massage thing, but this Sport Clips give me just what I need. Never a big wait and really as a "Boomer" who cuts my hair isn't really a matter of National Interest. But a great haircut is. I've been there prior to major holidays with family and prior to special events when the caveman look isn't business proper. These young ladies can make any guy look first class. The haircut is alway right. And since I've been there several times, they have a record of just how it's done. Next the shampoo and conditioner part. This is where I relax. Yep a hot towel (cold during the hot months) and a good scalp massage. This is great! A quick towel off and the shoulder massage. Okay, now I'm ready to face traffic again. Believe me a trip there will change your looks if not your mood! Good on you guys!

Wow every time I come in here it is amazing but is sometimes busy. But being busy is a good sign they are doing a great job. I've been cut multiple times here and have had zero issues!! Had a new girl last time I went in and still service was spot on! Great job ladies you should be proud of yourselves!

Got my hair cut by Michelle she's amazing best haircut I have ever had she gave me great ideas to style my hair recommended great product the prices are the best in town I with great honor and respect very highly recommend Michelle!!!!
