They always have a sign that says "walk ins welcome" yet every time I come in they act like I'm a huge inconvenience and say they don't have time to fit me in, while they have like one customer and a bunch of stylists sitting around. Literally all I need done is either a quick trim or my eyebrows waxed. The ladies in there are just super rude in general. They want new customers but only cater to their regulars. What are you guys gonna do once your regulars all die off since their all old hags? While you're turning away people like me who tip $20 on a simple haircut. Your loss. I'll go to the new salon that just opened down the street.
Love this place! Cara has been doing my hair for years and is awesome with color. I can tell her an idea and she will take it and run. I've never been disappointed. All the stylists are great and it's a very relaxed atmosphere. Prices are extremely reasonable and they have a good selection of products. I would recommend to anyone.
Went in with crazy nightmare hair, came out looking awesome. Also far less expensive than other places without mall haircut results.
