I made a appt on Tuesday for Wednesday at 3pm. I went to The Braid Master Shop yesterday, I had a 3pm appointment and Rachel called and asked could I come earlier and I said yes! They are so professional and make recommendations based on your hair texture. I got medium Senegalese twists and was out in 3 1/2 hours and I love my hair!! I will definitely return!!! Thanks for the great movie!
Excellent customer service. Great location. I called to inquire about Rachel's schedule and was sent a link to make a same day appointment. I paid my deposit (which was deducted in the final cost). I had to purchase my own hair BUT that wasn't a problem - when I googled the location of the salon, I saw that there was a beauty supply store conveniently located next door. That was a win win situation. I arrived a little earlier than my appointment and Rachel was finishing up with another client. I was greeted and asked if I had a picture of how I wanted my hair to be styled. This was without a doubt the best experience that I've had getting my hair braided. I will definitely be back again.
I love my knotless braids. 5 weeks in and they still look awesome. Thanks to thw wonderful job done by Miss Braid Master!! Next braid job will be done by her as well...
Amazing! I had an appointment at another hair salon and waited over an hour. I got impatient and on a whim began looking at yelp. I found Miss Braid Master...called and text the style I wanted. She responded so quickly, that I was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes and she worked her magic!! I've been back several times and even referred my friends to her. Definitely reasonably priced and everyone I've seen or sent to get their hair done by her, LOVES it and it always looks good.
Excellent braiding shop. She was quick and efficient. My braids looked wonderful. I still had people complimenting me 7 weeks after I'd gotten them in. I will return for all future braid appointments
