I've used Beauty Experts a number of times for many different services at a couple different locations from Fwb to Gulf Breeze. I've had good experience and couple times I really wasn't satisfied at all but never said anything because I have a gift of Mercy & understand everyone is at different levels... One, don't charge same price for someone who's not as advanced as another bevaie my last lash and tint I wasn't satisfied it wasn't even at all in color or lift, and when I did my brow lamination it looked unnatural and looked awful and felt uncomfortable for weeks. I have a brow wax once and it was awesome the next time it was a Lil off. I actually had great chemical peels in Gulf Breeze with Ashley vut I live in Destin and when we were gonna move me to have it in Fwb they canceled it like the day of... Now today I've had a call the day my appt thats been scheduled for a couple weeks and even took the day off for and was canceled. Not ok to me 1 time ok 2x in row not ok I now haven't had my chemical peel since August. I feel the service quality is inconsistent and the scheduling system actually needs some work. Sorry not sorry but I've worked customer service before and you should be doing whatever is possible to make the customer happy rather your making room regardless or giving them a great discount for all the troubles. I don't like complaining and I'm a very kind person and I've spent alot of money and I Tipp well. Crazy if I was to nor show I'd get charged but you can call and cancel 2 appts in a row. I was looking forward to this and now I'm going to go find somewhere else to take care of me and instead of supporting local will order my own pca products online. Pray you can get some better organization and consistency going and wish the buisness the very best. God bless

Had lashes (classic) done by Zoie, she was patient and professional. This is the first time I have had them done in my life (I'm 55). I love them! Be prepared to lay down for a minute... but it's worth it!

Very clean and peaceful. Been a client since my lash technician was accepting models( Natalie Vasquez) Will not go anywhere else!!!

I highly recommend seeing Zoie! I am always amazed with her professionalism and the quality of her work. She makes me feel comfortable during my appointments and is very knowledgeable about the services provided. She is very attentive to detail when doing my lashes and I always walk out with confidence!
