The Beauty Bar in Boise, ID

I dont usually write reviews but in reality, a 100% cancellation fee hurts every customer it is a pain from the heart. I lost almost hundred bucks ($95) out of my pocket when I had an emergency and did not arrive to the appointment on time. I tried calling, emailing and texting. It asked if there is a leeway for new clients who cant arrive at least not charge the whole price. Well, maybe If they like you, you might get a leeway but if you're nothing to them then they will take 100% cancellation fee. So I was nothing to them so I lost $95 bucks and a sad boyfriend that I did not enjoy most of his wonderful gift , he gave me a gift card but only have used $70 out of $150.
So you guys if u have an emergency you will lose your money. I dont know how you will fight for your consumer rights in case that happens so Im just giving you all a warning. In case of emergency, you LOSE money so You better be there on the day of the appointment. Maybe well I wish that it made them happier them once with that $95 charges for their living.

Becca is the absolute best! Her color skills are on point, she always gives me the exact blonde shades that I'm looking for, and her extensions are completely seamless! I'm a huge fan of her work, and really just a fan of her overall as she is simply the best human, and she has always made me feel so beautiful. Beyond thankful for her and her killer hair skills!!!!

Jane Iredale is one of the only makeup brands I can use on my sensitive skin, and while it's easy to find online, it can be tricky to find places to buy it in person - which makes it tough if you want to try on a sample! Beauty Bar carries the full range of this brand, so I stopped by to look for a new foundation. Megan was SO welcoming and helpful, matched me to the perfect shade and has given me wonderful recommendations and advice regarding makeup color choice & application (I'm pretty clueless when it comes to that ) also, the salon was one of the most beautiful and cleanest I've ever been to. Can't wait to go back and would HIGHLY recommend Beauty Bar to any of my friends! Such a gem!

This salon rocks! After having a bad experience at another salon, my hair needed fixing. I called for an appointment and Hannah offered to come in early the next day to get me in. Not only was she graciously willing to do that for a totally new client, but she made my experience a 100% better than the previous salon. She took her time with me and really listened to what I was wanting. My hair looks and feels so much better! And the overall vibe of the salon left me feeling relaxed and chill. Thank you so much Hannah!
