TGF Cuts in Orting, WA

I went in to TGF today and was taken right away, unfortunately it went downhill from there.... No sooner had I explained what kind of cut I was requiring when the "stylist" jabbed the strimmers into my neck. She was going to keep going as if nothing had happened until I put my hand up to my neck and realized that she drew blood. Accidents happen, but it wasn't till I got home that I realized that she fucked my hair up. The fade she gave me is completely buggered, so much so that I'll need to get to another barber to fix it. The best of it is that no only did I pay full price, she actually requested a tip. No wonder the place was empty.

I'm just astonished by how disrespectful my hairstylist was she did not even want to wash my hair and when she did she complained about having to blow dry it. She was snarky and mean the whole time, the customer service was so awful I actually am writing a review now. her attitude was so terrible I just have no words. Her name was teresa I believe but I could be Wrong. i don't know what was going on in her life that day, maybe her mom died or something because I cannot believe that someone would act this way to every customer and still have her job. I wish I could give 0 stars. if anyone is reading this and considering this place I strongly urge that you do not come here, I went to the ulta hair salon a couple weeks ago in puyallup and they are much friendlier and more skilled

I stopped by TGF because I was nearby and needed a haircut. I saw the poor reviews, but I'm a basic guy with basic hair needs, so I figured "how could they mess that up?" Well, they didn't. It was an experience similar to any other random place I've been: I needed a decent trim and I got it. They were nice, the place was fine... I felt compelled to leave this review just to level the playing field. It definitely wasn't a one star experience. I'm not sure what could possibly make a haircut a five star experience anyway.

When I got home my head looked like this. I also had to finish the hair cut myself to get it even and the sideburns the way I was asking for them to be done. $20 and having to go home to take a shower afterwards was very disappointing.

Very upset. Went in to treat myself after some really stressful weeks at work. My hair had not been washed and she did not offer a shampoo (that isn't their standard I found out) she wet my hair with water and yanked a comb through, and continued to interrupt me while I described what I wanted. I left hurriedly when she was done, in tears by the time I got to my car. I have shoulder length hair. The first layer she cut is even with my eyebrow. Ridiculous. Overall, the unprofessionalism in appearance, conversation and service will not have me returning.
