My mom started going to Jimmy 3 months ago when looking for a new stylist and never had to look any further. He's given her a great style that she's thrilled with, and trust me she's extremely particular! He's super down to Earth and his easy going laid back personality along with his knowledge of hair merits all 5 stars. Free parking, great location, and his little dog Nick are icing on the cake!

Had my hair cut by Jimmie December 15 and very happy with the results. I have curly hair and he knew how to deal with curly hair since he too has curls. Hard to find someone that doesn't go too short. Will be returning to his salon again. And he has the cutest "greeter". His name is Nick and makes you feel welcomed with tail wags. ‍

Jim at Terrace Hair Salon is absolutely an incredible hairstylist. I tried so many different hairstylists throughout my life, and I can confidently say that the haircut he created for me is absolutely the best. Jim is very skilled at cutting and styling hair. I am in my 50-s and after getting a hair cut from Jim at Terrace Hair Salon, I feel and look like I am 30 years old again. I totally love my hair. I don't even have to style my hair. It looks so good and natural after I swim in the ocean.  Sorry, you had to fix my hair after I attempted to cut it myself due to COVID and staying at home. In spite of that, you created an amazing and stylish haircut for me, and I am a very happy customer who now has the best hairstylist. I will definitely keep coming back. I highly recommend Jim and the team at Terrace Hair Salon. I posted my photo one month after I had my haircut - after swimming in the ocean my hair still looks great after your amazing haircut. I HAVE to say something here. I was strolling through area reviews and ran across the incredibly harsh review of my favorite salon. I am sorry that this person had a bad experience, but I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Jimmie was recommended to me 12 years ago by a mutual friend, and I have been SO pleased with the care that all of the stylists have given to my hair care. I regularly see them for color, including those dreaded foils, plus trims and have always been in and out in a short amount of time.

I am proud to say that Jimmie is and always has been an incredible stylist. I hope that those looking for hair care give him and his business a try, you will not be disappointed.

I have been in the industry for over 17years and my salon experience was hands down one of the worst at terrace hair. It took 21/2 hours to put 11 foils in my hair. Every time this woman talked to people coming in she would stop working, and was also hung over from the night before as she share with all of us. After being super patient i realized there is no way in hell this woman is taking shears to my head, my foils never fully processed and i left with a brown brassy mess of hair. I called and left a message for her that I wasn't happy, she charged me 85$ for 11 foils boo, I have yet to hear back from Connie and probably won't. I gave it one star because i got to watch Jimmy work next to us which was hopeful and sat there wondering why  I wasn't sitting in his chair instead. That guy looks like he knows what he is doing.
