Great salon with a relaxing ambiance. Tatjana does amazing work with color and uses the best products on her clients. Just got my hair cut yesterday and I absolutely love it!

Let me start out by saying that if it were possible to give Tatjana 10 stars I would.  Tatjana is truly a professional who put all her attention into the client sitting in her chair.  She takes the time to learn your lifestyle and preferences in order to make sure what you are requesting or what she is doing is truly right for you.  She also wants to make sure what she is doing to your hair is correct for your hair type.  She is constantly taking courses and is an educator for Davines, the color line she uses.  She wants to make sure you feel like a million bucks when you walk out her door, and every time I leave, I do.  Every time I leave my hair feels healthy, soft and the color is perfect.  She is the only person who I will let cut and color my hair.

I want to say that I am a HISPANIC WOMYN OF  COLOR WITH A VERY HISPANIC NAME, I'm curious if RACISM has anything to do with the way I was treated?  On Feb 12th and May 12th, I came  in with multiple photos, booked a "full thickly packed  foil" and also describe exactly what I wanted.  I paid almost  $300 for scattered foil and color over mostly gray hair.. it came out 10% blonde over my gray hair. It looked terrible. I called and complained and Tatjana would fix it if I paid for a whole new service.  This is unfair as I already paid for what I described and did not receive what I asked for.  She also keeps trying to sell me a blonde glaze but then says it will not work on virgin hair then offers it again.

I was a client for 2 haircuts never a foil.  I  am not a repeat client as this is my first time having color with Tatjana. The photos I brought in were of women with natural grey.  They had been foiled over. I had this done before Covid on my roots at an other salon. Before I grew out my hair 4 inches of my roots were foil bleach and some color for low lights and I never had a hard line because it's a foil highlight and it blended nicely.  You never said that the photos were not possible but kept pushing me to get a glaze.  The very few foils were placed scattered on my head.  It looks like what I came in with but with a couple dark almost orange blonde streaks. I did not have a full blow dry as I had to leave as I was there for almost 3 hours wearing a mask and I had another appointment. When it dried and I got to look at it in better light I saw how very little blonde was in And it's basically my own white/grey hair with a couple thick strands of orange blonde. It looks like I have cooked spaghetti noodles pinned in my hair.  I was not able to go back at 7:30 at night as I had other things planned. I was not able to go the Monday. Tatjana makes you feel bad for her having to come in on her day off to fix her own mistake. Maybe don't ruin the hair in the first place? I requested a redo or a refund and I'm being told by her that she will not refund me for the failed foil and my only other option is to pay for a whole new service. So I as a customer am not happy with my hair, I called back within 2 hours after leaving and was told I need to pay for a whole new service to fix it.
I have complained about this fraud to the Department of Consumer Protection ,  Better Business Bureau and also plan to file a civil suit.  Buyer beware!  I also plan to file a formal complaint with the Connecticut State Board Of Cosmetology.

Great, beautiful salon. Tatjana is a color expert. Great cuts and fun atmosphere.  Tatjana is excellent at listening to clients needs. Treat yourself to a visit to her salon.

Tatjana loves what she does, and is just as focused on making your hair healthy as she is making your hair look good. The salon itself is clean and cozy and the products are all high-quality. I've had my hair done all over the country, and Tatjana is one of the best colorists I've experienced. I've been a customer for over 3 years and I've never been disappointed!
