Went in for a haircut and the salon stated the stylist was sick They stated that they tried to call me No one called me I asked for my deposit back and they refused. This was after I witnessed staff giving a refund back to another customer?? The receptionist said she would find another stylist to cut my hair They left me waiting and no one ever came to assist me I finally left

Three friends and I from all over the country were in town for a wedding. I called all around Cincinnati in search of a salon/spa that could accommodate a range of services from massage to makeup to haircuts and formal hair. Tanya's met our needs perfectly. My hairstylist at my local salon canceled my hair appointment 1.5 hours before my haircut days before my trip to Ohio, so I called Tanya's to see if they could change my blowout appointment to a cut and style: without any kind of issue, the receptionist happily met my needs. Every staff member was super kind and gracious with us. I wanted to pay for part of each of my friends' bill, and the manager went out of her way to figure out payments to make it work. She was incredibly thoughtful and genuinely willing to help. Each of us enjoyed our services and looked very lovely. My friends thought it was a great way to spend a morning before a long day of wedding fun. No stress or hassle. We really loved it at Tanya's!

I had the best experience with Alexis and will definitely keep going to her. I was candidly very hungover and had an event. They booked me last second for an appointment 40 mins later. They even let Me bring my dog. She did a really great job on my hair and even did my makeup at the end which I hadn't booked but desperately needed. She gave me product recommendations and tips on doing makeup at home (I'm so clueless). It was such a lovely afternoon. Thank you!

If you are looking for a heartless, money grabbing salon, this is the place. My Mother was a faithful customer, only seeing Liz, for close to 15 years. Unfortunately she became ill with cancer and passed only 3 months after diagnosis. Somehow she made and kept an appointment in May of 2019 with Liz, and as usual, she booked her next appointment for July. She did not make her July appointment. When I spied the appointment on her calendar, I called to cancel. Upon placing the call to cancel the appointment, a very curt receptionist informed me that Liz is "traditionally booked with a tight schedule" and asked the reason for cancellation. Upon informing her of my Mother's passing, her exact words were with a sigh, "I'll tell Liz". She hung up and I never heard back from anyone at the salon. Beware where you chose to spend your money and who you in turn support. You would think that with a history and business of 15 or so years, a simple call back to the family would have been in order or a more appropriate, "I'm sorry for your loss" could of, at a minimum, been muttered by a receptionist.

Great experience here with Kelly H. My first deva cut with a curly hair specialist did not disappoint! She took her time and taught me great technique to bring out my beautiful curls.
