Very pleased with my experience here with Sam. I found a great deal via Groupon and did a cut and balayage. I was not sure what to expect since the deal seemed almost too good to be true but my cut and color came out great and Sam is super nice. He does a great job of listening to what you want and making it happen and making suggestions too. Definitely recommend!
Sam did a fabulous job freshing up my highlights with a sassy ash flair. He was thorough and very experienced. Not to mention kind and a pleasure to spend time with. The color came out exactly as the picture I wanted. I'm trying to grow my hair and he was very easy on the trim as I wanted. I highly recommend Sam and Tangles, they really know what they are doing with color and hairstyles.
SAM IS AMAZING. I am beyond thrilled with the color (balayage) and cut he did on my hair today. I was a bit nervous going in, based on the recent negative review but Sam did phenomenally and I'm thinking the prior negative reviewer just needed a double process versus the single process she bought a Groupon for.
Do not go to Sam! my ombré is completely ruined thanks to this old guy! His reviews on Groupon are great so I expected the same. Not only did he not have time to finish my color, but he pushed me on to someone else!! So I had to tip two people. The place is a mess- a little ghetto, in the middle of lake Orion. No receptionist, all independent
My husband went to get a hair cut because he needed to go somewhere quick, there was a sign that stated that NO APPOINTMENT WAS NECESSARY. He waited for over 2 hours and no one even greeted him or even had the decency to inform him that they had appointments all night and couldn't take a walk in. I also called to ask what was going on and no one answered. This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional.
