I'm so sad to leave one star; however, I was so disappointed from my hair color and cut from my appointment last week. I even had a photo of what I wanted and was told "sure thing". I have short hair anyway but wanted a
more structured look. After spending $305 I left so disappointed. Color was very "blah" the highlights were not defined; it was my second visit (first appt went good) and will be my last.

I am soo happy with my services at Tangles Salon in Edmond. My cut is just what I needed. Its long enough and short enough for you never have to worry about bringing her in so if you ever forget, I feel really bad that you were worried about to The conditioning treatment made my hair feel like silk. now even when I don't wash it every day it still feels soft and fresh.
I recently brought two teens in for haircuts. They each had different stylists and both of them were very happy with the end results. The atmosphere is very comfortable and everyone there was friendly, chatted with the girls, complimented them, and made us feel very welcome. Both were asked what they wanted to be done, and after showing pictures of the styles they selected they were asked what was about those styles that they liked. I was impressed. I could see they wanted to make sure they understood exactly what they wanted and why. We have already made follow up maintenance appointments.
I made and appointment and arrived 10 minutes before. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment, I was finally told that the stylist was running 30 minutes behind. I agreed to wait. But over an hour later I was still waiting. Poor customer service! Really disappointed.
I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Melony at tangles since she started there. I have to say, she is a excellent colorist. I am so happy she is now at Tangles. It's perfect salon for all ages and everyone is so nice.
