I made and confirmed an appointment for a 9 am pedicure prior to going on vacation. Arrived at 9, waited for 15 minutes - no one showed up. I called the number listed for the business and no one answered. 30 minutes later (after I was already back at home) I received a call from the owner, stating I was wrong and my appointment was at 3. Since I would never make a 3pm appointment, she was wrong. Not a good experience on a snowy day. I am not likely to return.
During this COVID-19 outbreak I was really happy to have made an appointment with TT's Nails for my Daughter and myself to do manicure and pedicure It's by appointment only now

I am new to town. I read the reviews but since this place was closest to my new apartment I went anyway. Once again, as someone else mentioned they do not accept any form of payment but CASH. They also do not accept walk-ins. Lastly, she is incredibly RUDE! So I guess they don't need any new business.
This is my favorite salon! I've been to several in the area but this is definitely the best! The prices are fair and the work is impeccable. The owner is extremely kind and will go out of her way to make sure you're satisfied.
