T Spa in Tulalip, WA

Had a few hours surrounding my basic pedicure. The facility was very nice, clean, and relaxing (other than the group of ladies talking loudly in the quiet room). My pedicure was nice, although not quite the 50 minutes noted. Loved the steam room! There was also a dry sauna which I didn't utilize. Plenty of towels, even larger size. Lockers were available for use. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was available in the showers. I had to ask the front for a bag to put my wet bathing suit in. Would have loved to have access to the pool or hottub , I should have asked but didn't. Will definitely ask when I make my way to there again.

I have been here many times and this time was a complete mess. My best friend and I came for a Mother's Day massages. We both were very excited and this was her first time going to the T Spa. Our experience was NOT enjoyable. We checked in on time at 12:58 our appt was at 1pm. Sat and filled out our paperwork work which took about 5 mins. We were sent back to change and used the restroom. We heard our name being called so we walked to the waiting area. By this time it was 1:10. The lady started at 1:15 and told me that we running behind so I need to tell her what areas I wanted her to work on. My first thought was running late? How are we running late? Fast forward she rushed through my massage and I only got 35 mins of massage time instead of 50 mins. I was shocked because I've never had such a bad experience before here. I got dressed and went to the front and asked the receptionist if we were supposed to show up 15 mins early to our appointments. She said no and that it shows we were on time. I told her about how we started our massages at 1:15 and they both finished at 1:50. The manager I believe heard and went to talk to the masseuse. She came back completely unprofessional and said that they waited for us for 15 mins while we changed. I was shocked and pretty upset. I told the manager that was not true and they were lying to her. The manager was super rude and just ignored us. The very sweet receptionist apologized to us and gave us a small discount on our bill. Needless to say, I am not happy with how this experience was. Very unprofessional. They should of gave us a giftcard towards another massage since ours was ruined.

I love the ambiance and that it's quiet and not crowded. They've opened the steam and dry saunas again after a long Covid closure and also started providing tea again. Hopefully they'll bring back spa water/ fruit infused water for our enjoyment in the relaxation room. It's lovely to hang out there between services, sip on a beverage, read and enjoy the flickering gas fireplace. The showers have a rain fixture overhead and strong side sprays, complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash, an area to dry hair and fix yourself up afterwards. I've enjoyed the massage services here on numerous occasions.

Ok I believe I am far enough away from my experience to give a non emotional review of services I received here. I had booked a 90 minute massage and a 80 minute facial. Let me start off by saying the facility is beautiful. There are many things to enjoy as a guest before or in between services that I wish I had known and taken advantage of before hand. A steam shower, sauna, fireplace with comfy seating to read etc. My massage was first and it was wonderful. She was on time to get me, she did an amazing job, I was relaxed and felt incredible after. My facial was scheduled immediately after so I was brought back to the waiting room area to wait. My facial was scheduled for 10:30. I sat in the waiting room until 11:13. Finally the lady that was doing my facial came bursting in frantic acting like I wasn't where I was supposed to be, and instead of apologizing to me for being late she hurried me along to a room. She smelled like cigarettes. She asked me not one question about my skin or what I hoped to get from my facial. She put a red light mask on me for 1/2 the time I was in the room while scrolling or texting on her phone behind my head where I could see her phone, the light from her phone and her picking it up and putting it down the entire time out of the corner of my eye. It was distracting, not relaxing and honestly so unprofessional and unpleasant. My 80 minute facial turned into a 47 minute facial. I was back in the waiting area, locker rooms by 12:00, with the warning that I shouldn't do the steam shower or the sauna because it would cause a reaction from the products used in the facial. I wish I had been told this before. Or had been told that the lady doing my facial was running late and to use them in between while I waited since I wouldn't be able to use them after the facial. When asked at the front desk checking out how my experience was I told them that I was disappointed in how late the lady doing my facial was and she turned the screen towards me and said well it looks like she made it up to you, you were in there for an hour and a half. No I was in the waiting room for 1/2 that time. Not a sorry. No acknowledgment that she knew she had been late. Frustrating. Especially when my massage and masseuse had been so professional and wonderful. I spent over $400. I shouldn't have been charged the full amount for the facial. Honestly I shouldn't have been charged at all for the facial with how late she was, how unprofessional she was, just disappointing. Going forward I would recommend a massage here but not a facial. Edited to include a response to the business "owner". I've seen your exact same response on multiple reviews now and I'm disappointed in your vague copy and paste lack of acknowledgement or accountability for anything or anyone at "your" spa. Reaching out and asking for employee names, dates, times etc and actually taking steps to rectify the situation would go a lot further with former and current customers. This is not a cheap service. Where people choose to spend their money should be something businesses like yours take seriously. I hope others see this and think twice before deciding to spend their hard earned money here.

I hsd a rare, unexpected half day off last minute today and wanted to treat myself to a massage. I called ahead and Rueben was professional and friendly and was able to book me in with Jordan within the hour, which was amazing. Jordan was courteous, thoughtful, knowledge and provided me an exceptional massage experience. I have a disc injury at my L4-L5 and he continued to checked in with me regarding my comfort level with pressure as well as if I was tolerating well areas with multiple adhesions. The Womens locker room was well appointed and the robe and slippers fit well and felt luxurious. I was offered the use of the sauna, steam room and relaxation room however I had to leave at the end of my massage so I will have to check these out on my next visit. Highly recommend Jordan if you are looking for a relaxing, high quality massage. I received the 50 min T Spa massage.
