T Nails in Rocklin was recommended to me by a friend, so I decided to try it. I was extremely disappointed! The girl that did my Gel nails was rushed and it showed. I I paid the extra for the Gel so it would last, and the nails began chipping and lifting within 3 days. I won't be going back there again!
I went in there for a pedicure and had ingrown toenail. Even though it hurt, she was able go get them out and the intolerable daily pain was gone. I also got a fill and my nails lasted 4 weeks.
What I wanted vs what I got. The lady who did my nails was horrible and had a very bad attitude about the way I wanted them done. It's very clear that she is not up to date on the different ways to do designs. I never got the heart I wanted but I didn't speak up because there was three lady's hovering over me speaking a different language and pointing and making remarks. The whole time!!!!. The lady who did my nails kept huffing and would get upset if she made a mistake. The salon itself was very dirty and no one was welcoming. Just a very bad experience overall.
The ladies at T Nails have always been friendly and welcoming. I have been there every 2 weeks. They have given me a perfect pedicure each time. Thank you ladies
