I go and get a full set. I asked for short nails!!! I got that but at the end they charged me for the length say it was for long nails. BS!!!! they just wanna rob you for your money charge you extra when clearly it was SHORT SHORT.
I got a $40 gel manicure and liked for about 3 hours. I got it on Saturday. I chipped Saturday, chipped and peeled Sunday, more chipping on Monday. Each chip on different nails too. I wasn't doing anything that would lead to chipping either. So now a few days later it looks terrible.
If I could give less then one star I would I went to them and asked before I sat down how much for the style I wanted they gave me a price I said ok I wanted. I didn't like it before I paid so I explained that I would be back and when I came back the same day just a hour later they told me that I would have to pay additional money because of the polish they have to use to fix what they messed up I will never go back there
We had a fantastic experience from walking in to being greeted to being stationed immediately. I had a pedi and fill in, 2 of my girls had a pedi and polish and my other daughter a full set and design. definitely clean, definitely a great and enthusiastic team and over all experience. we typically go to Florence which I have to say the drive was the same, the experience was the same the time frame was completely different. I hate hate hate waiting but love quality and here I didn't have to pick one over the other even with a party of four. great job VIP!!!
I've been going here for two years, I won't be anymore. The bad experiences have definitely outweighed the good. Got a fill in, they look terrible. None of them are even, they are crooked and bumpy as hell. Gel polish was sloppy, the lady literally hurt me SCRATCHING the gel polish off from around my cuticles. Nail broke the same day I got them done & they still had the audacity to charge me 5 dollars to fix it. The next day the gel polish started peeling. I'm taking my business elsewhere, I paid 50 dollars for a basic fill in with gel.
