For the first time I went here for a pedicure and she scraped my foot so hard. It was bleeding. Four days later it's infected. I will never go back.
Horrible was rushed asked for pointed nails gave me almond shaped. Nothing was filed in properly. Went 2 weeks later to get them filled in another place and they told me whoever did. My nails was awful. I told him who and when. Couldn't believe it. Avoid this place at all costs. It's a money pit
I was in the area with a friend and we decided to get pedicures and I needed a dip fill. They took us in pretty quickly and I was happy with my nails overall and the design I got. However, I was a bit stunned by the bill being so high. I was charged an extra $20 for nail removal for the old dip, (on top of the $45 for new set) which everywhere I've ever been is standard included and I've been getting dip for 3-4 years now. The gel pedicure my friend got was also very high ($50 vs 35-40) and the guy accidentally cut her toe. We had never been there before so we weren't sure if that was why, but I still tipped 30%. They are nice and do a good job otherwise, and they seem to have many nail techs from the states who speak English perfectly and no one speaks a foreign language in front of you while doing your nails. (I only mention because I know some people get bothered by that when they don't know what is being said). Though I had no complaints on my actual nails, I just don't that I can justify spending 30-50% more than most places in the Philadelphia/south jersey area to get my nails done.
Had a great experience today with Bao and Yun. Pedicures were excellent and the environment was friendly, relaxing and just what we needed! Will definitely be returning :)
Awful- completely unprofessional went in For a gel manicure they took me right way put the foil on to soak for 5 minutes- then the man doing my nails starts a pedicure on another person. after 15 minutes of soaking my fingers burning at this point I walk over ans ask what is going on my nails burning and he said take them about and someone will be with you. I take the foil off because at this point my fingers abs burning. another 5 minutes another person asks why i took them off they need to soak - for 30 minutes??? I ended up walking out. no apologies no one saying - your guy is going to do a pedicure while you soak in acetone under uv lamps...
