had an appointment with tam and went there on time but waiting like 30min and asked me to cut my hair with other guy. they dont even say sorry about that situation.

Although the price for a women's haircut here is on the pricier side, I don't mind as long as it means that I'm getting my hair cut the way I want it. Women's cut costs $30 and men's $25.
When I was here, there was only one person working, so the wait was on the longer side even though we had made an appointment. However, I wasn't upset by it since the staff was very apologetic about the wait, and I could see that they were working as fast as they could, while maintaining attention to detail.
When it was my turn, the stylist's sister washed my hair before directing me to a chair. She constantly apologized for the long wait, and shortly after being seated, the stylist came over. Before she started, she made sure that she understood how I wanted my hair cut, and after she finished, she directed me to take a seat under one of their hair dryers since I had longer hair that would take longer to dry by hand. Once my hair finished drying, I was brought back to the chair for her to touch up some areas, and then sent on my way.
This place was good when they started out. I got exactly what I asked for at a decent price. I didn't notice that they treated non-Vietnamese people any differently. Now, not very friendly and my color was not even close to what (TB) had been doing. My head glowed! He tried to talk it up as if it looked great and then conveniently had to leave so he could not fix it. Unfortunate. I will not be going back!
