T & N Nails in Clinton, NC

Visited this establishment today for the first time. I was not impressed. Actually I was quite frustrated by the technician's rudeness. She continually refused to answer my questions. I'm all for giving the customer what he/she wants but if I ask a direction question including pros and cons and your own opinion - it would be nice to get a response. Place was not crowded and was clean. They are open on  Sunday which is a plus.

so I just want to say that I went their 2 times the first time was last year and I didn't like the nails and than I went again thinking they got better but no they got worser my nails cost 40 dollars and their just ugly their uneven the nail colors they have are old and when he was putting it on my nail the nail polish was running out and it was chunky. Also, I accidentally scratched my nail and he was like look look you scratched your nail and he ain't even RE-DO my nail instead what he did was just put a little bit of nail polish remover and rubbed it on my nail and then put the nail polish on top of it. the lady was having an attitude with my friend and she was also rolling her eyes a lot with my sister. And they only accept cash so no credit cards neither checks. he cut my nails too short after I told him that I wanted them long and they don't have an air filter so it stinks inside the building. so I would never like to go over their again to go get my nails done.

If I could give negative stars I would! I don't get my nails done often only done it twice in my life . I thought it would be nice to get my nails done for a special day. My first red flag should've been when I saw that lady that was going to do my nails she had cut her nails and she stuck nail glue in her nail! That's not sanitary she could've gotten an infection from that because she stuck it into her skin.long story short she overcharged me I had to pay $52 for nails they had no design just two different colors and they didn't have their prices posted so I can't really argue with her to Carol leave her eyes at me and like shaking my hand because I didn't loosen it up because I was very tense and she kept talking about me to the guy which I know about me because you were pointing at me and I walked in at seven which they close at seven but they still took me and it took her an hour to do my nails which shouldn't have taken that long and she kept filing and It hurt real bad. she kept piling on bunches of polish to where they look really thick and I don't like it!  I over paid got made fun of and was in physical pain for some Bland looking nails! And they don't take cash I suspect fraud!

The first time I came was late October (2017) the lady kept rolling her eyes at me. At the end of the session I was going to thank her for doing my nails. I was admiring how they came out but she yelled at me "No you pay me first!". The second time I went to get a fill in from my first time coming. I signed up; it was pretty busy, I knew it was my turn after this one lady was done because I signed up after her, so they called next in line. I walk up about to take a seat and the man starts raising his voice at me telling me I wasn't next, he was pointing at a lady that was 2nd to last on the list saying she was next in line. I was explaining to him how I was next and showed him the sign in sheet but he didn't believe my signature was my signature. The ladies in the waiting area heard what was going on and they had to explain to him that I was next in line. It was so EMBARRASSING!

If I could rate this business a negative five I would. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I am from out of town and walked in with three others in my party. Female associate was rushing us as we tried to select polish. This business just lost three customers.
