I never had got my nails done before. 2016 I came in and Stephanie has been doing my nails perfect and beautiful ever since! I will miss this shop!

This place was clean which was a plus especially with everything going on. However I came in for a pedicure and the woman who did it seemed clueless. She used a dry pumice sponge on a dry foot. A lot of the process seemed backwards. With all of the decent nail salons being booked up I decided to try this one and I think next time I will pass on this place. Thank you but no thank you. I decided not to get my nails done because I couldn't take anymore disappointment for the day. I would recommend if this is your absolute last choice and probably still not even then

This place said they had enough time for 2 pedicures and a gel manicure, had us wait about half of an hour. They did my boyfriends first, put no base coat or top coat on his toe nails and didn't push his cuticles back, they gave us cold water, and put straight oil on our legs letting us walk out slimy. The woman used fast orange on our legs as the exfoliant and they gave us one price for all three and then changed it at the end. Never going back

I went in to get a full set of Acrylic nails but needed some of the nails from my set before taken off. Normally what I'd experience is like at other nail salons they'd cut the nail and gentility peel the old nails off and just file your nails if needed. But the women who seemed to be in-charge pulled out a wax melting pot put acetone in it and turned on the pot to have me soak my nails in and covered my hand with a towel so she could start on another customer. Saying it should take about 25-30 minutes after maybe 15 minutes the acetone started boiling, I trusted it'd just be a bit longer so I didn't take my hand out right away but once I did she came over took a look at my nails and my bright red fingers and put them back in after the 25 minutes for another 20 minutes of her helping a customer. So over all my fingers were boiled in acetone for 45 minutes and in no way was there a oh sorry why don't you go wash the chemical I just boiled you fingers in off and I'll moisturize it so it doesn't continue to burn your skin. As well as the whole experience was over priced 45 dollars for a acetone burn and average nails not to mention she cut my finger while she was unnecessarily trying to cut the cuticles I don't have. And now a week later the skin my fingers is now drying up and peeling and while putting lotion on my hands a nail just popped off. I won't be back.

I went here for a pedicure and while the young lady that did my pedicure was nice I felt it was more of a leg and foot massage rather than a pedicure. They didn't pumice my feet or cut my toe nails. They just filed them and massaged my feet and legs for a long time it felt. And I believe they are pricey.
