Hole in a wall. I just got my hair done today. The shop was unsanitary and dirty. The ceiling had holes in it and was falling down. The braider in the first chair braided my hair and it started unraveling the same day. I called the same day to inform her and to see if she can fix it. She said to me are you really complaining about a few braids. I told her I paid you $180 cash plus tip and I have a right to have my hair done correctly. The braider was all smiles when I gave her my payment and tip, however her mood changed when I mentioned it was something wrong with my hair. She refused to let me come back in to get it fixed. She also started yelling and screaming on the phone. This place is very unprofessional and unsanitary. I do not recommend anyone to get their hair done at this salon. I won't be returning to this salon. I don't recommend anyone who wants a clean, friendly environment in a safe neighborhood to visit this salon. This salon is unsafe to visit and a health hazard with a dirty environment and holes in the walls and ceiling. Customers deserve to go to a clean and professional environment where you will be treated with respect and feel safe. This place is not it.
Been going here for years. Awesome braiding. Great prices! Go to Ms.Amy if you don't like tension. Just tell her beforehand. I take my own edge control and do my edges before I get in the chair because it's way less tension that way!
