For curly hair you MUST have a Diva cut with Pricilla! She is the best! Everyone is friendly, the salon is very clean, and it has a nice atmosphere.
I got my hair cut here about 8 months ago and it was the worst haircut I've ever gotten. I got a refund thank god but the amount of hair that was chopped off (that I didn't want cut off!!) will take me several years to grow back. Priscilla stood in front of the mirror while she cut my hair so I couldn't see what happening, and she gave me a shag without even asking if wanted my hair cut like that. I had gone in just for hair styling tips, btw. I've been taking biotin and using hair oil to try and speed up the regrowth process, but here we are, 8 months later, and I am still crying over my hair. My hair takes a long time to grow and she cut off so much and gave me such ugly layers. For reference, the longest layer is 4 inches longer than the next closest layer and it is 9 inches longer than the next thickest layer, which is screwed up in haircut terms. I'm not someone who ever leaves reviews for things, but this experience has been so traumatizing I have to say something. I tried waiting 2 months for my hair to look decent, then 6 months, now it's been 8, and my hair has barely recovered. The curl pattern was messed up (my curls are now barely waves) and I have never been someone whose hair makes them insecure about going out. I haven't felt confident in my hair since before I got a haircut here. I am never trying to get help from anyone but my trusted stylist ever again.
I was in dire need of a haircut and Tiffany did a fabulous job, being very attentive to my request and being ever so patient with my long, thick, hair! The salon is inviting and I was very at ease, having not visited a salon for ages. Well done, Tiffany!
