I love this store so much this is the best Supercuts to come to Charlene enlightened my day she made my hair look great and made me feel great and knows how to communicate and understand what I wanted done with my hair I never had anyone else do my hair like her I definitely recommend this specific Supercuts all the workers there are awesome best vibe I've had in a hair salon

I have been going to this store for 8 years now. The service is always fast, friendly, and professional. I don't request any particular stylist because all of them are skilled. They have earned my business many times over and I will continue to come to this location for as long as I am able.

I have been going here for years. I have always had pretty good experiences. Their service is very quick and very good. Just recently they have gotten a few new employees, and they are awesome! The day that I came in, it was actually pretty busy, and somebody what's quick to address me, and told me that I needed to make an appointment. I was only sitting for maybe two or three minutes before they came up. They were asking everybody if they were waiting on someone, had a reservation, or were a walk in. Very attentive and very efficient! When I came back an hour later, the stylists recognized me and kindly asked me to sit while they finished with the current customer. I only sat for a few minutes, and the stylists were very talkative and welcoming to not only the people in the chairs, but also the ones sitting. Once I was in the chair, I explained that I simply wanted a trim, and he got to work immediately. I have wavy/curly, breast length hair. At some quick service hair cutters, they can be a little rough with my hair, and treat it like they would straight hair. But here, they made sure to fully wet my ends, keeping my middle and roots completely dry. There was no tugging or painful detangling. I asked the stylist to only trim my split ends, and that I wanted to keep as much length as possible, as long as it was healthy hair. He explained to be how he would cut off an inch to start, then see how I liked it, which was very nice. During the process, the stylist was very nice, talkative, and made for a great experience. The stylist right next to us also talked to us, and it was a very positive, naturally flowing conversation, and I left feeling very confident and happy. I'm excited to come back!

If you have any concern about Covid-19 precautions being followed then this review is pertinent to you. I called yesterday to ask the salon if they were following state regulations and they assured me they were and were taking appointments only. Today I arrive for my son's haircut and the opposite happened. No mask by the hair dresser initially. She then put one on part way not covering her nose. I asked her to put it on properly as she was in close proximity to my son and she said she would because she felt she couldn't breath well. I then said I was told they would wear masks as we were too and she didn't respond and said she would be finished soon. In the mean time they scheduled 3 appointments at the same time with 2 hair dressers. They also accepted walking coming in. When I asked why I was told because they were not busy enough. Keep in mind there is a large sign posted when you walk in saying they are following government regulations. That they are required to wear masks and ask customers to also. And that they are only taking appointments. We will never return nor recommend. A formal complaint with the state was also filed with proof of photos.

They butchered my haircut. Had my lines all wrong. Brought my part up way to high on my head. Totally effed it up really. I'd recommend not
