I had really long hair and for the longest time I was very hesitant to cut my hair while the other day I came here just to get a trim and then I ended up cutting almost all of my hair off so I could start fresh that and I wanted to get my hairs and out because my hair is super heavy well now I totally regret it because I can't even wear my hair up half up half down in the middle of the back of my head or short pieces and it's embarrassing and now it never makes me wanna cut my hair again.
The girl morgan didn't even the numbers I wanted. She cut my hair so short. After I told her about it she was so rude and nasty to be like if it was my fault. This girl needs to learn being a not cute girl and have a bad attitude makes her look ugly. I'm sorry I don't want to sounds rude but I can't help it after she ruin my hair.
If you are the least bit worried about cleanliness or hair cutting knowledge, DO NOT go here. I brought my daughter in here to get her haircut and there were two men getting their hair cut when we came in. One woman got done, and took her sweet time to clean. Then when the other woman got done with the other man, she left his less than appealing hair ALL over the floor and went in the back to take a break without cleaning anything. And when she told her coworker that she was going to the back to take a break, the other woman rolled her eyes... I assume because she had to cut my daughters hair. THEN she obviously had NO idea what she was doing. I went to cosmetology school for 3 months and knew enough to know she didn't know what she was doing. Then she started asking her coworker questions and her coworker had to take over for a bit. All my daughter was getting was a long layered cut. Wow. Hard to believe this girl has her license. PATHETIC. You could tell by how these woman look that they aren't too worried about cleanliness or appearance. But hey, I guess that's what you get at these chain places... unkept looking people who don't know what they're doing. OH YA, and I forgot to mention, when she was cutting the guys hair when we got there she messed up somehow, and kept saying "are you mad?!" ...I should have ran for the hills.
