Supercuts in Temple, PA

If you wanted to wait an hour just to get a simple haircut come here.  One of there hairdressers was almost 2 hours late com in and apparently it doesn't matter if you make an appointment it's who ever is there firs. Not to mention all the flies buzzing about.

I wanted a shape up and my eyebrows trimmed and shaped up and a Caesar. The lady cut my hair and used a haircut machine to do my shape up and less than 5 minutes later she said she was done. No razor or anything. I felt so hurt that I paid and just left with no intentions to return. It cost 20$ and I honestly wanted to cry because it was such a cold hearted move to do to me.also everyone told me that they don't notice that I got a cut. It was wrong

I have been going to supercuts for many years. Everyone's always very friendly Heather Rose always does my cut and color. And is always helpful when i don't know what color i want, she always comes up with amazing colors for me. Although i have left many review's on Google about heather and Amanda and jasmine and nova nothing ever comes of it .they are all so deserving of a pin like Jesse. And yet nothing i find this very sad. I also want to say that the other new girls are just as friendly and kind i just don't know all their names .I also find the comment about jasmine not being friendly unbelievable, she is always been friendly with customers she even has requests from certain people you have disabilities because she is very kind and patient with them. I would love to see these ladies be recognized for all the hard work they do. And I continue to look forward to my visit at Supercuts with Heather and the friendly conversation with the other girls.

I love going here because of Jesse and Heather!! I was in yesterday 3-2-19 with my children all for color and trims. Jesse and heather did amazing jobs as always but sadly I wasn't impressed with the manager Jasmine. Jasmine isn't personable at all! She doesn't smile doesn't say hello doesn't even chat with who ever is in her chair...I'm in the service industry myself for almost 20 years and I'm baffled as to how someone like her is in the position she's in?!?! I'll continue to return to this location because Jesse and heather are there but if they ever leave believe I will follow them!! I think you need to rethink your choice in a manager to someone whom actually enjoys being around people and working with the public!!

I'm giving one star because I can't give less. I have been taking my girls and my mother here for hair cuts for about a year now without a problem. When I wanted to color my hair I called and talked about it over the phone with someone there. We talked about the type of hair I had, color, length, and what color I wanted (silver) done and set the appointment for the next day. I arrived and wasn't on schedule? But the girl said it was no problem and took me back to a chair. When I told her what I wanted she said she couldn't get me to the light silver I wanted but showed me a color swatch that was pretty close so I said let's do it. After doing a test strand I had to wait until some other girl showed up with more bleach. Apparently they only had enough for the stand test. She finally gets there and she starts my hair. The girl we waited for starts helping with foils. The first girl leaves and now it's just the one. When she took the foils out my hair was very blotchy but I hoped when they added the gray/silver color it would blend by magic. Now while putting the color in my hair it's going everywhere. On my face. Inside my ears. All over my skin. While washing it out the girl is barely touching my hair. While back in the chair I see the color all over my face. She takes the towel off and I see my hair. WTF?? It's black, blonde, and GREEN! she passes over my head with the blow dryer for maybe 5 mins and tells me I'm done. I left there with my hair still wet and caked in hair dye. My hair was so fried. I went to Sallys and bought conditioning treatments and I'm trying to save my hair. The only way it could have been worse is if they covered my head in gas and lit a match.
