After scheduling a perm for my elderly mother two days in advance, we arrived on time (10 am) today for her appointment. Her hairdresser, Melanie, walked past us as we walked in and just smiled when I said good morning, mom is excited for her new doo! We went inside to find out Melanie only came in to call out for the day. No phone call, no apology when she saw us. My mother is 86 and it is difficult to navigate changes in her routine. She suffers with severe arthritis, and movement is not easy. A phone call to cancel the appointment would have gone a long way to avoid my mom's challenges. What infuriates me is that Melanie walked right past us without saying anything! Unacceptable, unprofessional, and horrible customer service. We won't go back
They chopped my head to pieces! I went in yesterday. The I showed her a picture and she said "yep, no problem" not only was it a problem, she took my hair, it's not even straight! I am going to have to pay again to see if it can even be fixed!
Very good service. They listened to what I wanted to do and made good recommendations. Much better service found here than the one at McClay.
This was our first time at this supercuts. I took my daughter to get a few inches trimmed off her hair to prep for back to school. When we walked in I didn't get that welcomed impression from the staff but they warmed up during our visit. The only complaint I have is that the hairdresser didn't fix/center my daughters part prior to cutting her hair. I mentioned that her part wasn't straight and she said it doesn't really matter. I'm no hair stylist but it seems logical to me that if you cut someone's hair and the part is messed up, when they actually do fix the part while styling, the cut lines won't be in the right place. Just my two cents.
