I would refer to these individuals as butchers but that would be an insult to butchers. No matter how you'd like your hair to be cut, these no-talent wastes of oxygen cut exactly the same way. Every time I come out of there ( and this is the last time the asshats have a chance to chop cut my hair) I look like a victim of the MCRD barber. Supercuts needs a name change to F'd-Up Cuts. If there were less than one star on this review , I'd use it. So, if you're looking for a fucked-up haircut, this is for you. I see why so many of the corn fed locals wear hats... to hide their fouled up hair cuts.
I went in with my son today to meet my wife and our other two kids who were already there. The second I walked in the door, the woman at the counter snapped at me and said that they had too many people in the salon and either my wife or I had to leave. This was during the COVID-19 outbreak. All I had done is walk in the door and this woman is being very rude and acting as though I know their rules. There couldn't have been more than 10 people in the salon and she's all over my case. Very, very rude. We did not get my son's hair cut there.
Terrible experience. I went in with a specific style in mind. I showed the girl the picture and she was extremely hesitant to help me out. I have very curly hair so I get this reaction quite often. I usually reassure whoever is doing my hair that it's okay. I wanted my hair trimmed a bit and she would have had to straighten it and then put a few curls in it after. She began wetting my hair and cutting it. I asked her if she could straighten it first. She was doing anything in her power to "get out" of helping me get the style I wanted because it would "take too long". She made excuse after excuse. " Well you said you never straighten it so I don't think we should straighten it today", "It frizzes out when I comb it"...She just didn't want to do it. I told her to just stop, right in the middle of her cutting. I wasn't going to pay her for crappy service, especially since she was only going to do with MY hair what SHE wanted to do.I will never go back. She made me feel so out of place for even coming there, like I was asking for too much. That's her job. I feel like 1 star is too much.
Sigh...I had really hoped for a pleasant experience at this location, but it was so awful that I must share with others. I came in as a walk-in client to get my eyebrows waxed by Deborah. Typically I wouldn't go to a place like Supercuts, but I was in a crunch and needed to get my eyebrows touched up. Anywho, I should have gotten out of her chair when she asked me if I usually have the "top part" waxed too...this lady completely butchered my eyebrows, and didn't even realize it! I cannot believe that she jacked my eyebrows up this bad and actually bothered giving me a mirror to see the finished product. I told her that my eyebrows were uneven, and not arched properly. Then she replied "oh really, they're not?"...I left after that. I am so pissed! This person clearly needs to be trained because they are incompetent as it pertains to waxing. My advice to others is to NEVER go to this location unless you want to risk having sections of your eyebrows missing.
