Carmen was great, was my first time at this super cuts and the stylist nailed the picture I showed her and the color. Very professional and experienced.
I have longer hair, and I usually get a fade on the sides and back only. Bertha greeted me as I walked and took me. She asked what I wanted and I asked for a zero fade on the sides and back. Instead of telling me she doesn't know how to do a fade. She decided to just shave off my hair. When I came back home I also noticed that my hair wasn't even (she forgot to shave off part of it). She charged me $28 dollars for a 3 min haircut and didn't even do what I asked her to do.

Well, just had my hair cut done and the lady that did my hair name SONIA was not very nice at all. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted and she disagreed with it. She said " Oh your hair is so fine and it will not come out the same way like the one on the picture". I said " OK" and I already could tell that she will be a complainer,then showed her another picture of a haircut which is very simple and just a straight line cut. I have asked her maybe she can just do this straight cut to make her comfortable .She said " Oh , I'm very comfortable " . Then I've ask her if she can do a little bit of layer on each sides of my front hair and again she disagreed and again started saying that she can't do it because my hair is different but did it anyways.She sprayed my hair and my FACE ( on purpose) with water. I just felt embarrassed on how she was talking to me when I asked her if she can do the haircut like the picture I showed her.
There is a way on how to speak with customers. She needed more of a customer service. Very disappointed with her manner. And I didn't like it when she was spraying my face with water without even saying sorry.
I expect some spraying on my face because she was spraying my hair with water but I felt like she was spraying my face on purpose.
I'm sure there is a camera installed and hope the owner reviews it. Sorry., not happy with this stylist. Given " NO TIP" .
Will not come back . Disappointed with how she was talking to me.

I've been going to the Supercuts location for about 4 months now, and thank everyone is great. I just want to give a huge shout out to Adrianne always does an incredible job. Honestly all of the staff cut hair incredibly well. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit, but trust me it's worth it.
