Supercuts in Round Rock, TX

Had my hair cut today by Ofelia she did a great job. Love my bangs. My husband had his hair cut by Eva. He is very pleased. Last week Iveth cut my son's hair and my daughters. Did an amazing job. Very pleased. We love the ladies that work here.

This has been my go to hair cut place for years. I've seen hair cutters come and go, but the two long time regulars are a cut above the rest. It's a convenient location, across from the Walmart.

Got my hair cut by a girl named Cooper 3/25/23 and I asked her use my longest layer on my hair to stay with that length and she said ok I told her that my hair is curly my hair is down to my waist so don't go shot she never wet my hair she never parted my hair while she never even wet my hair she never took off this leather jacket she wore it the whole time she cut my hair. so when I got home to style my hair it was not even cut the way I wanted at all she cut all my hair off I she just chopped cut my hair so when I tried calling the store it was closed already. so the I went to the store and asked to speak with a manager The same girl Cooper was there and told me that she was the manager I showed her what she did to my hair she told me she would fix it I told her I did not want a cut from her to to have another cut from her. I told her I want my money back she told me that I would have to call corporate to get my money back because they don't give refunds back at all . So here I am with my hair all missed up from what she did to me . I will never ever again get my hair done at this place ever again Here are pictures of my hair to show you what she did not my hair ! Oh and I had to call other store locations to show them what she had did to my hair. The other store took pictures of my hair to show corporate on what she did to my hair.

Shout out to Dusty from this Supercuts location, who gives me an awesome cut every single time! I also appreciate how she takes the time to give great customer service by asking helpful questions to get a better understanding of what type of cut the customer is wanting. Asking the customer the question of "how do you normally style your hair?" can really be so informative! Who knew?! Well, of course Dusty knew :)) since she asked me the question! ;)) If ever you have the pleasure of sitting in Dusty's chair, just know that you are in SUPER hands!! :) ~Rebecca

My daughter was supposed to get her hair trimmed a few months ago here... I say trimmed because she asked for an inch to an inch and a half to be taken off. What she ended up was a full-on chop where the stylist ended up taking over 6 inches off of her hair. Her hair was not in bad condition to need that much, as she had been doing regular trims to keep it healthy and breakage-free. The woman cutting her hair just kept commenting that she has "so much length, are you sure you want it this long?" (Her hair was to the bottom of her hiney, after the cut, she ended up cutting it to just below her shoulder blades) She left in tears and cried periodically for a week afterward. Even all these months later, she is still frustrated and trying to regain her length that she lost. The next time her regular hairdresser is on sabbatical, we'll make sure to continue avoiding Supercuts.
