This was a good place to get your haircut. They were friendly and they got me in right away. Their shampoo treatment wasn't bad either.
Supercuts, sorry, I will not be back. I made an appointment online, when I arrived, the stylist was away from the store, she didn't know there was an appointment made. I was told don't make appointments online, " it's never worked." Why didn't you call to confirm the appointment? The stylist can't remember my style from one cut to get next. This time I called for an appointment, but when I arrived she was busy with another customer, handing me off to the only other employee. No communication between the two women, I was asked what number of clippers the other person used. The crappie cut lasted about 6 minutes, I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
Worst haircut ever!! She did not listen to what I wanted and just started to cut and took way too much off. Do not go here! I seriously could have done a better job with a mirror and hedge trimmer.
Normally a great experience here. Like great! Disappointed today. Paid extra for the "Tea Tree Experience." Disappointing scalp massage, and she refused to increase pressure when asked. Refused to give me a brush and dryer to quickly finish up my haircut. Tip was commensurate.
